We are an independently owned and operated dental practice in Broomfield, Colorado hiring a rock star hygienist to join our dental team.
We have a dedicated dental team consisting of one owner/doctor, 3 dental assistants, and 2 front office team members. Our mission and vision is to provide an amazing personalized and comprehensive dental experience for our patients. We strive to provide 5-star care to all of our patients. By creating value for our patients, we are able to thrive without focusing on volume.
Benefits based on full time employment will be pro-rated for part time employment
- Procedure based bonus system
- 1 hour scheduled per patient, 1.5 hours for new patients and scaling.

- Four-day work week (every other Monday 9-5, Tuesday 10-6, Wednesday 8-1 Thursday 9-5, every other Friday 8-2) We take every other Friday and Monday off resulting in 4 day weekends every other weekend. For example we work Monday through Thursday one week and Tuesday through Friday the following week.
- Two four-day weekends per month
Requirements
- Licensed in dental hygiene in Colorado
- Amazing clinical and diagnostic skills
- Magnification such as loupes
- Dedication to ideal patient care and comfort
- Solid understanding and core belief in periodontal health and patient’s general health
- Excellent communication skills
- Laser certification is a plus but not mandatory.
